The Polish Business Group (PBG) was initiated by the Embassy of Poland and Polish community living in the United Arab Emirates, and formed in March 2006. The PBG was formally incorporated in Abu Dhabi in July 2006 as a non-profit, voluntary organization. Its members represent the diverse community of the UAE, businessmen, professionals and entrepreneurs, who share a common interest in promoting beneficial relations between Poland and the U.A.E.

The main objective of the Group is to contribute to the expansion of economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries. The PBG is to provide a forum for the exchange of up-to-date information and experience for all individuals and companies, who are interested in establishing and enhancing trade and investment between Poland and the UAE.

It shall also be a platform to communicate with prominent government and business representatives of both countries. The PBG liaises closely with the Embassy of Poland in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry and other organizations on matters of interest to the Group.

The Group looks forward to contributing to the development of strong economic relations as well as promoting tourism and cultural exchange between Poland and the United Arab Emirates.
