The Polish Ministry of Sports and Tourism together with the Municipality of Warsaw and the special purpose company PL.2012 Ltd, established for coordination of undertakings and preparations to the European Football Championship Tournament in 2012 in Poland, invite foreign investors to take part in major projects in the following  cities where the event is to take place (the cities are attractive as tourism and business centres): Warsaw (Warszawa), Poznań, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Cracow (Kraków).

Investments areas:

1. Hospitality sector - hotels (40,000 beds in total), mostly 5 and 4 stars class;  recreation centres (compounds of hotel, spa and sports facilities) in most attractive natural surroundings; public entertainment centres
2. Sports facilities together with large scale commercial premises (malls, entertainment centres, offices etc.);   football stadiums;  halls for indoor sports events
3. Shopping and entertainment centres in attractive locations
4. Offices and apartments buildings

Invited are financial investors, developers of particular projects, as well as partners for joint ventures (together with Polish and/or other investors).
